Shipping
Retail orders are processed based on available inventory. Wholesale and private label orders may require extra time for sample approval, production, packaging, QC, and export preparation.
Returns
Due to hygiene requirements, opened or used lash products may not be eligible for return. If there is an order issue, contact us with your order number, product photos, and a clear description of the problem.
Wholesale and OEM orders
Custom, bulk, and private label orders should be confirmed carefully before payment because production details, packaging, and buyer specifications affect the final order terms.
